Sr Specialist Business Planning

JOB PURPOSE
adidas has an opportunity in the Business Planning area for the position of Sr Specialist Business Planning, based in Alphaville, São Paulo.

SUMMARY OF ACTIVITIES AND DAILY ROUTINES

• Maximize key account performance KPIs through data-driven sales planning
• Develop optimal sales plans based on historical data analysis
• Ensure precise product distribution across 1 and 3P operations to maximize sales potential
• Generate relevant insights to support in-season decision-making
• Provide market insights to support strategic business decisions
• Plan pre-sales and distribution to ensure the right assortment in 1 and 3P
• Develop tools and analyses to improve purchase management, sell-out performance, and inventory control for digital key accounts
• Monitor product launches in collaboration with key account and trade marketing teams
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support business projects

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
• Organization and process management to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills

• Proactive and adaptable mindset, eager to contribute ideas and take on new challenges

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

• Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex functions, pivot tables, and data visualization
• Basic understanding of financial analysis and sales performance indicators
• Interest in retail and wholesale market dynamics
