JOB PURPOSE
adidas has an opportunity in the Business Planning area for the position of Sr Specialist Business Planning, based in Alphaville, São Paulo.
SUMMARY OF ACTIVITIES AND DAILY ROUTINES
- Maximize key account performance KPIs through data-driven sales planning
- Develop optimal sales plans based on historical data analysis
- Ensure precise product distribution across 1 and 3P operations to maximize sales potential
- Generate relevant insights to support in-season decision-making
- Provide market insights to support strategic business decisions
- Plan pre-sales and distribution to ensure the right assortment in 1 and 3P
- Develop tools and analyses to improve purchase management, sell-out performance, and inventory control for digital key accounts
- Monitor product launches in collaboration with key account and trade marketing teams
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support business projects

- Sales Team, Marketing Team, External Clients
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
- Organization and process management to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills

- Proactive and adaptable mindset, eager to contribute ideas and take on new challenges
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex functions, pivot tables, and data visualization
- Basic understanding of financial analysis and sales performance indicators
- Interest in retail and wholesale market dynamics
