Main goal
As Sponsorship & Licensing Specialist, you will help shape and deliver commercial partnerships across our global sponsor and licensee portfolio. Working closely with UC3’s agencies – including TEAM Marketing, Relevent Football Partners and Two Circles – you’ll manage rights delivery, activate partnerships and ensure value is realised across the men’s and women’s competitions. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of elite football, driving innovation, servicing major brands and contributing to the continued growth and global reach of Europe’s top club competitions.
Key responsibilities
- Managing the execution of sponsorship and licensing agreements across UEFA club competitions, ensuring contractual obligations are met
- Serving as the key point of contact for sponsor and licensee account teams, ensuring consistent and high-quality partner servicing
- Overseeing the delivery of all UEFA Women's Champions League sponsor activations, coordinating the agency or agencies and delivery teams and ensuring partners receive optimal visibility, engagement opportunities and value
- Working closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to plan and implement rights delivery across digital, event, branding and content touchpoints
- Collaborating with UEFA Commercial Operations, Event Operations and other relevant units to facilitate effective rights execution
- Tracking and reporting on partner activity and rights utilisation, identifying opportunities to enhance value
- Supporting cross-functional commercial projects to improve partner experience and streamline delivery processes
- Supporting sales efforts across all club competitions, coordinating and collaborating with agencies, UEFA and clubs

Requirements
Experience
- 6+ years’ experience in sponsorship, marketing or brand partnerships in sport, entertainment or a related industry.
- Proven experience in contract delivery, brand activation or rights management
Education
- University degree in marketing, business, sports management or a related discipline would be an asset
Languages
- English: business fluent
- Proficiency in other European languages would be an asset
Other requirements
- Excellent partner servicing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and project management abilities, with a sharp eye for detail
- Capacity to coordinate multiple workstreams and maintain high standards under pressure
- Ability to represent UC3 professionally to senior clients and agency partners
- Collaborative team player with a solutions-oriented mindset
