Main goal

As Club & UEFA Liaison Coordinator, you’ll play a central operational role, facilitating high-level coordination between UC3, UEFA departments, top European clubs and our appointed agencies, including TEAM Marketing, Relevent Football Partners and Two Circles. You’ll help guide, assess and shape their delivery of commercial services and partner commercial rights, ensuring a seamless experience for clubs and partners. This is a unique opportunity to support the next chapter of European club football from the inside.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating the delivery of core services and support functions provided by UEFA to UC3 (e.g. ICT, travel & conferences, HR, facilities), ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
• Liaising between UC3 and UEFA’s operational units (e.g. Commercial Operations, Event Operations, Signage, Brand Production) to ensure the smooth and consistent delivery of media, sponsor and licensee rights at matches, including input into operational guidelines, club and partner manuals, pre-match briefs and post-match debriefs
• Supporting the planning and execution of operational workstreams with UC3’s agencies, including TEAM Marketing, Relevent Football Partners and Two Circles, ensuring alignment with UC3’s commercial strategy and standards
• Providing administrative and logistical support for club-facing initiatives, such as partner workshops, engagement sessions and other collaborative events designed to strengthen club relationships
• Monitoring and assessing service delivery performance across all areas, identifying opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency and impact, and proposing actionable improvements where needed
• Contributing to the development of clear and effective collaboration frameworks between UC3, UEFA departments and participating clubs to support long-term operational success

Requirements

Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in sports administration, commercial operations or event management
• Familiarity with UEFA structures or club football operations would be an asset

Education

• University degree in business, sports management, international relations or a related field would be an asset

Languages

• English: business fluent.
• Other European languages, particularly French or German, would be an asset

• Strong organisational and cross-functional coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Collaborative mindset with a service-first approach
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism
