Key Responsibilities

• Craft compelling, editorial-led content that fuels rivalries, celebrates athletes, and captures cultural moments
• Be on the ground, capturing the action at live events, media days, and fight weeks
• Monitor the combat sports landscape, reacting swiftly to breaking news
• Collaborate with producers, talent, and marketing to innovate with original content and formats.
• Pitch and execute bold, platform-native ideas that cut through the noise

About your experience

• Deep, unwavering knowledge of UFC and Boxing (non negotiable) 
• Proficiency in filming with both professional cameras and mobile devices.
• Advanced video editing and graphic design skills, with strong Adobe Suite expertise.
• A master of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience retention in video.
• A social-first thinker with impeccable editorial judgment.
• A clear understanding of sports journalism ethics: accuracy, context, timing, and responsibility.
• Expertise across major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube).
• Comfortable analysing social performance data to optimize content.
• Exceptional written communication and grammar.
• Calm under pressure, quick to act, and proactive.
• Experience in live sports or broadcast environments and Motion graphics skills highly desirable 

Due to the dynamic nature of live sports, this role requires significant flexibility. You must be available Monday to Sunday, including mornings and nights. Flexibility for fight weeks and live event coverage is essential
