As the Senior Specialist, Sales Representative, Austria (East) you will be responsible to represent and connect the On brand to our B2B retail partner, our consumers and their communities in the eastern part of Austria.
You will collaborate cross-functionally, connect with Central & EMEA team members at different levels and departments across the Oniverse. You will report directly to the Senior Sales Lead of Switzerland and Austria, Field Accounts.
Your Mission
- Drive all sales activities in the eastern part of Austria, encompassing comprehensive training programs, impactful events, and the strategic identification of new business opportunities.
- Serve as the primary representative for Field accounts across both the Performance and General Sporting Goods Channels.
- Act as an internal ambassador, fostering seamless collaboration and managing all interfaces with various internal functions.
- Orchestrate and execute sell-in meetings with partners, maintaining a rigorous focus on optimizing sell-through and sell-out performance throughout the year.
- Cultivate and maintain sustainable relationships with external B2B partners.
- Manage all administrative and data-related tasks within the CRM system.
- Engage in close collaboration with the Trade Marketing Department and Brand Activation Team
- Contribute to the development of account strategies, formalizing them through Strategic Account Plans that align with the overarching business and brand strategy.
- Monitor sell-out performance and ensure the timely conversion of the order book.
- Deliver consistent, accurate, and realistic forecasts to support the achievement of monthly and annual financial targets related to customer performance.
- Support the negotiation and enforcement of ON trade terms.
- Monitor and report on customer and competitor activities, proposing, initiating, and implementing appropriate actions.
Your story
- Typically 3+ years of experience in a sales representative or other customer-facing role, preferably within sports, fashion, or premium consumer goods industries.
- A natural relationship builder with a self-driven approach to B2B account management, including meeting planning and execution, data analysis, activation, and training.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to excite B2B partners about our brand, aligned with our evolving account strategy.
- A passion for connecting with customers, presenting our products, technology, and philosophy in an inspiring way, and confidence in group presentations.
- Thrives in collaborative, cross-functional teams, providing innovative solutions to On's partners.
- Not afraid to be hands-on when needed.
- Approaches problem-solving analytically and structurally, adept at analyzing data, interpreting trends, and making data-informed decisions.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously and execute team commitments with rigor, transparency, and discipline.
- Fluent in German (C1+ level) and proficient in English, with good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Within proximity to the Eastern Part of Austria, ideally within proximity to Vienna or Salzburg, as this role requires up to 75% travel within the field to support our accounts.
- Frequent travel within the region is required; a valid driver's license and ability to drive are essential. Reasonable accommodations will be considered.
