The world’s fastest-growing sports brand is seeking an experienced Apparel Product Manager to work with our SMU, Special Projects and Brand collaborations team. This role will work on conceptualizing and executing exciting new special projects within the apparel landscape to further authenticate the brand. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful launch of new products, as well as manage ongoing collaborations with external partners. You will have a keen eye for emerging trends, strong project management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional products that delight our customers.
Your Mission
- Be responsible for the end-to-end product management of assigned Special Projects and Collaboration collections across apparel and selected accessories.
- Manage the day-to-day product process in close collaboration with Design, Development and external partners, ensuring products are delivered on time and in line with brand, consumer and commercial objectives.
- Translate creative concepts and partner inputs into clear product briefs, supporting a smooth execution throughout the development cycle.
- Manage product launches for your category, ensuring alignment with the Go-To-Market plan in partnership with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Ensure strong cross-functional alignment by actively participating in key milestones, seasonal reviews, presentations and launch moments.
- Analyze consumer insights, market trends and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions and support seasonal direction.
- Manage margin, cost and pricing for your collections, balancing creativity, feasibility and financial targets.
- Work confidently within non-standard, fast-moving project environments, adapting processes as needed to meet the specific requirements of each collaboration.
Your story
- 3+ years of experience in a global product management role within sportswear, fashion or apparel. Experience working with external partners or collaborations is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Product Management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in PLM, calendar management, range architecture and assortment planning.
- Deep passion for apparel, sportswear and run culture, with a strong understanding of product landscapes and consumer expectations.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, often across multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
- Highly organized, resilient and comfortable working in fast-moving, evolving environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
