Full Description
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Support key aspects of the Rewards and Payroll function in the KSA market, including Compensation, Benefits, Mobility, and Sapience system management. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of payroll, compliance with local legal requirements such as GOSI and Mudad, and contributing to the planning and implementation of annual rewards cycles and internal reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute monthly payroll processing in KSA, including fixed pay, bonuses, commissions, overtime, deductions, and advances.

Ensure all payroll inputs and outputs are correctly managed through Sapience, maintaining data accuracy and system integrity.

Act as the main point of contact with the external payroll software provider and resolve system-related issues in collaboration with other stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all local payroll regulations including GOSI contributions, Mudad submission, and WPS (Wage Protection System) requirements.

Provide support during annual budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning processes.

Support the delivery of annual rewards programs such assalary reviews, bonus schemes, and long-term incentive plans.

Serve as the local focal point for compensation and benefits-related policy updates, system changes, and implementation of rewards projects.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in Sapience in coordination with HRBPs.

Conduct benchmarking and provide input into compensation analysis to support internal equity and market competitiveness.

Generate internal and statutory reports as required, ensuring full compliance and visibility.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong knowledge of KSA labor laws, payroll practices, and regulatory compliance (GOSI, WPS, Mudad)

High proficiency in Sapience payroll and time management systems

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Strong Excel skills (advanced level preferred)

Effective communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English

Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism

Problem-solving ability with a proactive approach
Requisite Education and Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 4 years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, or Rewards in KSA

Hands-on experience with Sapience system or other payroll processing tools
-
Experience in managing payroll compliance and statutory reporting in Saudi Arabia

Exposure to annual salary review, bonus programs, and benefits administration is a plus
