The world's fast-growing sports brand is expanding its finance team, in our Shanghai office and we're looking for a Finance Systems Senior Specialist. We are excited to offer this role to a problem-solving team player who can assist in finding solutions for system issues and naturally have a can-do attitude. You will work in an environment where we make ideas happen fast, and you can react quickly and proactively supporting our finance systems framework. With your proved finance skills, you will help in different implementation projects which gives an opportunity to grow in a position!
Your Mission
- You aim to constantly improve our system landscape and related processes in the finance and operations area by understanding business needs and by challenging the status quo
- You can analyze complex problems and communicate resolution not just internally within the team but also with external vendors
- You are delivering fast and being able to prioritize incoming tasks
- You assist in different system testing under development and remediate potential problematic areas
- You collaborate regionally and globally with cross functional departments in finance matters and process owners
- You provide technical support, bridging finance and IT teams by investigating, identify root cause and resolving system issues
- You are keen to learn new IT tools and processes
Your story
- Great passion, strong educational background (business administration, information technology or related fields) and proven work experience (3+ years) in implementing enterprise applications in an international environment, preferably in production or trade/retail (B2B and B2C) environment
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with global ERP solution, D365 F&O or earlier versions preferred
- Detail oriented and organized person, with excellent communication skills, fast learner, who oversee the big picture and business process narratives
- Customer oriented team player who is committed to a high degree of accuracy and embracing continuous improvements by proposing better way of doing things
- Worked with IT department, other technical resources, or external vendors to resolve end user issues
- Understanding end-user needs and requirements in a fast-changing environment with ability to deal with deadlines and delivering based on priorities

Bring any questions you have about the job, the team or anything else you might like to know – this is an open forum.
Step Four
The Case Study
What's your style? This task will help us understand how you think, face a challenge and give insight into your novel ideas. Designed to give everyone their best shot, your case study is based on something you might typically experience on the job. This is your chance to show us what you’ve got. So express yourself. Step Five
The Experience Day
Your first taste of the Oniverse. This is a time to meet some of the people you'll be working closest with. In person or virtually, you'll get a feel for the day-to-day at On and the people who make it happen. You'll chat with a few potential teammates - the conversations will be as equally driven by the role and your experience as by our values. We believe how you do things is just as important as what you do.
Step Six
The Result
Are we a good fit? We’ll get together internally to share our feedback and decide if we’re a match. We know that job searching is a big time investment, so it’s not a decision we take lightly.
