The Role:
As Senior Sales Manager (m/w/d) for the DACH region, you will play a pivotal role in driving advertising revenue and leading key agency relationships within DAZN Media. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you’ll develop creative, solution-led partnerships that support client objectives across multiple revenue streams. You’ll own and grow relationships with major agency networks and independent agencies, while working closely with internal teams and external partners to maximise commercial performance. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution, combining deep market knowledge with a passion for sport and media innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and growing strategic relationships with major agency networks and independent agencies across DACH
- Owning significant revenue streams and delivering sales and revenue targets across DAZN products
- Developing and pitching custom, integrated advertising solutions in response to client briefs and RFPs
- Expanding existing partnerships into broader, multi-revenue agreements
- Driving business cases for product enhancements based on client and market needs
- Generating high-value sales activity through established relationships, meetings, and proposals
- Maintaining expert knowledge of DAZN Group’s advertising products and solutions
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to support revenue goals, forecasting, and long-term planning
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in media sales, ideally across TV, OTT, digital, or programmatic advertising
- Strong experience working with media agencies or broadcasters, ideally within sports or video
- Expertise in programmatic and/or TV advertising models
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
- A strong sense of ownership, with the ability to lead, prioritise, and deliver under pressure
