Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT operations or a related field, with at least 3 to 5 years in a core development role.
  • Strong working knowledge of SFCC and SFSC preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including databases and cloud services.
  • Strong Technical knowledge of SEO, GA and Tag management.
  • Strong working knowledge on Web services, Mirco service architectures.
  • Experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices, such as ITIL.
  • Familiarity with security standards and compliance requirements.
  • Working knowledge of CMS like WordPress and WooCommerce, and prior experience in Ecommerce is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale technical projects and initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Technical Capabilities:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript and related frameworks like React, NodeJS
  • Experience with payment method integration using multiple Frameworks across platforms.
  • Understanding of Docker and containerization.
  • Proficiency in code review, UAT.
  • Experience with cloud solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience in writing complex SQL queries.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications like PMP, SCRUM or ITIL or relevant technical certifications.
  • Proficiency on tools – JIRA, Confluence, CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Experience in working with multi-national / multi time zone teams

Your Mission

Key Objectives :

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Manager of Technical Operations to oversee our technical scope for Ecommerce and manage internal and external technical operations team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the technical infrastructure, ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, exceptional leadership skills, technical solutioning, building scalable solutions, product knowledge, analytical skills, proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and a proven track record of managing complex technical environments.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Develop and present regular reports on technical operations performance, system metrics, and project status to senior management.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and other technical initiatives.

Security and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for security and data protection.
  • Oversee the implementation of security measures to protect the company's technical infrastructure and data.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Develop and present regular reports on technical operations performance, system metrics, and project status to senior management.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
