We are seeking an innovative and highly organized Experiential Senior Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in London. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing the pre-production of experiential stands, overseeing logistics, installation, and budget management, while ensuring adherence to critical time paths.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Pre-production planning and execution of experiential projects, ensuring all aspects meet brand objectives and client expectations.
Oversee logistics coordination, including transportation, installation, and dismantle of experiential stands.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and tracking expenses.
Create and maintain critical time paths for project milestones, ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborate closely with directors and teams, providing regular updates on project status and operational challenges.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and enhance future events.
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED
3-5+ years experience in a similar agency or role
Proven experience in experiential marketing and operations management, preferably at manager level
Exceptional project management skills with a strong understanding of logistics and installation processes.
Strong budget management and financial acumen.
Excellent leadership abilities and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and travel as needed.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
