Job Accountabilities:

Lead concept level product investment strategy by defining assortment plan frameworks that align with brand vision, consumer insights, and commercial analytics. Drive the evolution from seasonal planning to consumer-centric concept ecosystems, maximizing long term financial returns across all concepts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop concept/Store level RSU driven assortment frameworks that aligned with CFOP seasonal product strategy, concept growth direction, and cultivate future vision.
  • Partner with cross functional team to align seasonal buy strategy that support the plan meeting merchandise financial plan; reflecting merchandise strategy; supporting seasonal marketing stories
  • Lead the seasonal process of analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify assortment opportunities and risks, and work with cross functions on action plans
  • Develop and standardize concept/store level assortment planning tools, frameworks, and reporting metrics.  
  • Build high-performance concept planning team; develop talents

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, finance or Data Analytics.  
  • 10+ years in merchandising, assortment planning, retail planning; 5+ years in managerial role.  
  • Experience in multi-channel retail (e-commerce, brick-and-mortar, wholesale).
  • Strong business/ retail industry acumen (weeks of supply, sell-through analysis).  .  
  • Strong cross functional alignment and influencing skills   
  • Proven team leadership and talent development skills
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin (spoken & written)
