Job Accountabilities:
Work with cross functional team to build product assortments plan that align with brand vision, market trends, and commercial objectives. Be responsible on data-driven assortment plans, optimizing product mix, pricing, and inventory across CFOPs to maximize sales, margin, and customer engagement of specific concept/doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the concept/Store level RSU driven assortment plans cross CFOP based on seasonal product strategy, concept growth direction, and historical performance.
- Partner with cross functional team to ensure seasonal buy plan meeting merchandise financial plan; reflecting merchandise strategy; supporting seasonal marketing stories
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify assortment opportunities and risks.
- Plan cross season assortment/inventory flow (new launches, replenishment, exit strategies) to minimize markdowns and maximize full-price sell-through.
- Develop and standardize concept/store level assortment planning tools, frameworks, and reporting metrics.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, finance or Data Analytics.
- 7+ years in merchandising, assortment planning, retail planning; 2+ years in managerial role.
- Experience in multi-channel retail (e-commerce, brick-and-mortar, wholesale).
- Strong business/ retail industry acument (weeks of supply, sell-through analysis). .
- Strong cross functional alignment and influencing skills
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (spoken & written)
- Advanced knowledge of MS office applications (Excel and PPT)
