MSC PROCESS ANALYST II, KOREA
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will directly report to the Senior Manager, Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) Nike Store Partners, Korea. On the daily, you will collaborate with various internal business functions, including Market Place Unit (MPU), Logistics, Demand & Supply Management (DSM), Finance and Marketing, to provide information for business decision making through related meetings. You will mainly communicate and be in close contact with MPU and DSM, actively supporting our wholesale partner requests, and providing them with the solutions they need, helping them grow their business with qualified services.
We’re looking for an MSC Process Analyst who will provide appropriate and accurate data for internal and external stakeholders in the MSC team and to be responsible for highlighting risks and opportunities. You will communicate with, develop, and maintain positive relationships with partners & channel contacts and internal cross functional teams through report interpretation, tools, and email.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field is strongly preferred
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
Capabilities in Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Management, Supply Chain Operations, Process Analysis, and Storytelling with Data.
Ability to communicate effectively, actively, and cross-functionally to ensure a thorough understanding of business plans, consumer needs, and a competitive landscape.
Ability to manage and lead through ambiguity with balancing multiple deadlines and priorities.
Problem solving and storytelling through critical thinking and facts.
Experience with SAP and Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
Fluency in English & Korean with multi-tasking skills.
As one of members in MSC Wholesale Nike Stores Partner team, you will be responsible for the orderbook health and integrity for Nike partners by providing order management services that are in line with Asia Pacific & Latin America (APLA)’s services strategies. On any given day, you might be in direct communication with our partners and play an active role in identifying complex topics and utilizing operational knowledge and skills to navigate solutions on behalf of our partners on the end-to-end operation flow.
Lead end-to-end order book health, management and execution on partner business plans aligned with Nike Strategy.
Provide customer service based on APLA Service strategy, lead and monitor daily activities on the end-to-end operation flow with cross functional teams.
Partner with cross-functional teams to enable Nike Strategy & partners’ inventory productivity through a healthy order management and help our partners’ businesses growth with our qualified services.
Ensure adherence to policies and standard processes that drive efficiencies and are audit compliant.
Support a sustainable performance management cycle to drive making to maximize revenue and margin.
Provide relevant and accurate data, reports, highlight risks and opportunities to implement process improvement solutions, for internal and external stakeholders.
