The Senior Lead – Process Improvement Rollouts will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our global supply chain by driving automation, AI adoption, and operational excellence. This high-impact role leads a dedicated team in identifying, implementing, and scaling technology-driven improvements across supply chain operations — from product origin to distribution centers and outbound transportation. The position will also work closely with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure their initiatives align with our transformation goals, delivering measurable efficiency, cost savings, and service enhancements.
Your Mission
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on supply chain automation and AI initiatives.
- Identify and execute opportunities to automate manual processes across the supply chain.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of AI tools to enhance forecasting, inventory management, quality control, and logistics efficiency.
- Partner with IT, operations, and data teams to design and deploy scalable automation solutions.
- Set priorities and develop roadmaps for automation and AI initiatives in collaboration with leadership and key stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain Centers of Excellence standards, best practices, and governance for automation and AI projects.
- Partner with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to align on automation and AI objectives, ensuring their capabilities and technology investments support overall supply chain goals.
- Collaborate with 3PL partners to identify opportunities for operational improvements, enhanced service levels, and cost efficiencies, and monitor their performance.
- Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear accountability, timelines, and measurable outcomes, and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Act as a thought leader, staying informed on emerging supply chain technologies, recommending innovative solutions, and overseeing change management efforts to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Your story
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or process improvement, with experience leading teams.
- Proven track record of delivering automation or AI-enabled process improvements in a complex, global environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with machine learning platforms, AI-driven supply chain planning, and predictive analytics as well as knowledge of ERP and WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan) is a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong demonstrated ability to work independently, multi-task, manage data-intensive projects, and engage remote teams.
- Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English language skills.
