Job Description
OVERVIEW:
As a member of Sportradar's Global People Team, the Divisional People Partner will provide strategic human resources business partnering to our Product Division leaders. You will also partner with our Local People Advisory and People Centers of Excellence across the globe. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing people strategies and fostering a positive culture of growth and innovation within a fast-paced, change-driven environment. This position will lead employee relations, talent strategy, and organizational development that will fuel a results-oriented and high-performing workforce. In this role you will report to VP People Partnering, Global Product.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Business Partnering: Act as a sparring partner to a respective Product department leadership team, handling end-to-end HR support for leaders and managers in the department.
- Strategy delivery: has a good understanding of the commercial strategic agenda, functional roles, processes, best practices and trends to align and adapt opportunities to the Global People strategy with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure a robust delivery of the People Strategy across the department and advise and coach client group specifically on:
- Talent and Succession: ensures talent pipeline meets the company ambition in line with the People Strategy.
- Capabilities Development: identify upskilling/reskilling needs, develop, and execute the capabilities plan, including yearly learning plans and effective resource planning and hiring.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to build a world class talent pipeline, ensuring the fit for purpose workforce planning and talent sourcing to deliver the departmental requirements
- Reward strategies: implemented in line with our global framework.
- Performance Management: is accountable to drive the departmental scorecard alignment to the company goals and execution of the full Performance cycle in the division. Coach and guide leaders to lead an efficient and high performing department.
- Culture and Engagement: is the guardian of the company values and drives culture and engagement initiatives that foster an environment where company values are Performance Management and organization effectiveness.
- Change management and organization effectiveness: people-related strategies and data-driven decisions including organizational design, change management and total rewards.
- Partner with the global Centres of Excellence (Total Rewards, Systems & Ops, People Potential and Organizational Development) to develop and deliver best-in-class people initiatives for global commercial teams.
- Work closely with the global People Partner team on matrixed team support and share experience and best practices with global counterparts.
- Advise the unit partner/stakeholder group in driving company values, and engagement initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Minimum 10 years as People/HR Business Partner, in a fast-growing global organization
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Business and financial acumen
- Solid knowledge and know-how as generalist practitioner in talent acquisition, talent development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and international labour law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to adapt to different stakeholder groups and to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Project management skills
- Previous experience partnering with senior leaders in a globally distributed workforce
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
- This role will require occasional travel, both domestically and internationally
- English fluent; Additional languages considered a plus
