Your Talent

  • Bachelor's degree in Design and/or relevant field of study
  • At least 5 years work experience of designing for one or more leading fashion/lifestyle/sports brand, ideally including Men's Apparel experience
  • Knowledge and design versatility to be able to alternate between Sport/fashion driven projects
  • Professional experience working in team environment, ability to function autonomously as well as in a cooperative, diverse group
  • Professional working experience with Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, etc.
  • Tremendous attention to detail and extraordinary time-management skills
  • Excellent technical background relating to fabrics & product development
  • Strategic and creative thinking, strong initiative, passionate about product
  • Vertical mindset with the consumer in mind
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English

Your Mission

  • Lead the design and development of Sportstyle CORE Womenswear collections from concept to final product.
  • Create innovative and trend-setting designs that fuse elevation and style.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Line Managers, Product Development, Graphic Designers, Teamhead and Creative Direction to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.
  • Conduct research on trends, fabrics, and competitor products to inform design strategies.
  • Develop and present seasonal design concepts, mood boards, and prototypes to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all designs align with the company's DNA, meeting both aesthetic and functional requirements.
  • Oversee the fitting and sample approval process, making necessary adjustments to achieve the perfect fit and quality standards.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
  • Delivery of projects in line with Puma development calendar
  • Travel to factories to finalize prototypes
  • Enter and maintain design information in data systems.
