You bring smart ideas to the table and know how to execute them visually, guiding teams and clients alike toward powerful, polished creative.You also understand how to design for the real world — with a strong background in experiential marketing, spatial thinking, and live brand moments that leave lasting impression
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Develop concepts in partnership with copywriters and strategists
Guide the visual identity of projects, from mood boards to final assets
Lead and contribute to brainstorms, pitches, and client presentations
Collaborate with 2D and 3D design teams to bring creative visions to life across formats
Concept and design immersive, experiential environments that bring brands to life in physical space — from pop-ups to activations to large-scale events
Provide clear, thoughtful direction and feedback to internal teams
Maintain creative quality control across all phases of a project
Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and partner agencies
Stay plugged into trends in culture, design, sports, and tech — particularly within F1 and motorsports
Help foster a creative environment where ideas can grow and teammates thrive
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
4+ years of relevant experience in a creative or agency environment
Strong conceptual and executional design skills
A portfolio that shows both taste and versatility across mediums
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Familiarity with PowerPoint and Keynote — ability to design for presentation as well as production
Experience working in sports, music, entertainment, and live events is a big plus (especially F1 and motorsports)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with grace
Passionate about creating bold, culturally relevant work
Comfortable working across disciplines and with multidisciplinary teams
