Summary:

NFL Event Operations team is looking to recruit a seasonal Shipping and Logistics Coordinator for the upcoming 2026-27 season.  With the exciting expansion of international games, this role will support the planning, delivery of all shipping, storage and coordination of equipment for NFL regular season games in the UK and Europe. This role will primarily be based at the NFL UK offices (London) and will transfer to the different countries and stadiums during the week of the games. It will also include frequent travel and evening and weekend work.
We expect to offer contracts from April through December 2026.

Essential Functions:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•    Coordination with Rock-It Cargo of carnet management & delivery of all incoming shipments
•    Collection & production of all shipping & storage equipment lists & curation of delivery schedules 
•    Day to day communication lead for Rock-It Cargo into NFL functions & vendors
•    Responsible for distribution management in partnership with Rock It Cargo
•    Onsite lead for freight delivery to all venues & key locations throughout all European markets 
•    Tracking of all equipment by venue/storage
•    Audit of equipment inventories in & out of storage warehouses across Europe during the 2026 season
•    Support to our participating teams with all equipment movements from US to game locations

Technical Experience Required:

•    Educated to Degree or equivalent level
•    3-5 years of experience in event and logistics management 
•    Ideally, experience working across shipping planning and logistics
•    Good project management skills and attention to detail

Personal Attributes:

•    Excellent oral and written communication skills 
•    Good report writing and presentation skills  
•    Experience working internationally 
•    Self-starter, motivated, team player with strong organizational skills 
•    Ability to develop solutions 
•    Solid computer proficiency
