Contract: June 2026 – March 2027
Location: NFL UK & Ireland Office, London
The Role
Reporting into the Partnerships Team, this seasonal role is pivotal in supporting the delivery and execution of NFL UK & Ireland’s partnership portfolio throughout the 2026 NFL season - including the 2026 NFL London Games.
You will play a hands-on role in the activation of partner rights and campaigns for brands such as Pop-Tarts, McCoy’s, NetApp and Sportsbreaks, helping to bring best‑in‑class marketing programmes to life across the UK & Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to break into the sports partnership and marketing industry, joining a high-performing team during one of the most exciting times in the calendar.
Developing and delivering high‑impact partner activations is a strategic priority for the NFL, contributing directly to growing the NFL’s fan base, strengthening our in-market presence, and driving commercial value.
This is a full-time project role running from mid‑June to mid‑March, based in our London office.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Partnership & Account Management Support
• Provide day-to-day account support for Local and Global partners throughout the 2026 season, including delivery of rights for the 2026 NFL London Games.
• Assist in fulfilling contractual partner rights such as ticketing, merchandise, hospitality, brand visibility, and promotional activity.
• Maintain strong communication with partners and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of all activations.
Campaign Execution
• Support the roll-out of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and broadcast channels.
• Contribute to the ideation and development of engaging partner activations and promotional concepts.
• Assist in the creation of high-quality presentations, pitch materials and proposals for the wider Commercial team.
Reporting & Data Insights
• Lead the creation of monthly, mid-season and end-of-season partnership reports, consolidating performance updates from cross-functional departments.
• Track and analyse partner campaign results across multiple platforms, including social, digital, CRM, and event activity.
• Support data interpretation to help demonstrate ROI, campaign impact, and season-long value.
Event Support
• Provide operational and on-the-ground support during the 2026 NFL London Games, all NFL in market events and any other partner events or activations.
• Act as a reliable, solutions-focused representative of the Partnerships Team during high-pressure, fast‑paced event moments.
The Candidate
Technical Skills & Experience
• A postgraduate degree is helpful but not essential.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Understanding core marketing principles with a genuine interest in working with commercial partners and sponsors.
• Creative thinker with the ability to support the development of assets, presentations, and activation concepts.
• Eagerness to grow skills in reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking.
• Some exposure to marketing, events or partnerships through internships, projects or early career roles.
Personal Attributes
• Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to work hard during peak season activities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships quickly with colleagues, agencies, and partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Calm, adaptable and solutions focused when working under pressure or during live events.
• Passion for the sports industry - familiarity with the NFL, NFL International and commercial operations a plus.
• Willingness and availability to work weekends during the 2026 NFL London Games and other key seasonal activations.
