Screen Tech

The Ink Department is responsible for the management of ink. It is responsible for the delivery of quality inks and the collection of excess of inks.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Mix inks according to proper formula and production needs.
• Refill empty ink buckets to maintain our inventory levels.
• Label ink containers accurately.
• Make a swatch sample for every new ink mixed and verify it with the pantone book.
• Manage ink inventory.
• Help resolve ink related issues.
• Maintain the area clean and organized.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• 2- 3 years of manufacturing experience and/or production work
• Be able to read instructions for operations. 
• Dependable and reliable, with a clear understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines 

Demonstrated experience working on a team 

• Strong Communication skills
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Problem Solving/Analysis
• Strong Initiative – The drive to move onto further tasks with/without step-by-step instruction
• Reliability – The ability to be at work timely / good attendance
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee must frequently lift and move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. 
• Employee must be able to be on their feet up to 8-10 hours per day/shift and work overtime during the week and/on weekend when needed. 
• Schedule Monday to Friday 3:00pm to 11:30pm
• 2 to 3 years of manufacturing experience is required 
• Screen Print background is preferred
