Job Summary:
The Inventory Control Associate plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory systems, directly impacting operational success and the customer experience. This role serves as the primary liaison between the operations and inventory teams and supports ongoing improvements in inventory management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits and a robust cycle count program.
- Enter and validate daily shipping transactions in Oracle.
- Track and manage inventory levels using WMS and inventory management systems.
- Investigate and escalate inventory discrepancies to the Inventory Manager.
- Reconcile and maintain data accuracy between Extensiv and Oracle systems.
- Serve as a communication bridge between inventory and operations teams.
- Assist in process improvements to support made-to-stock inventory operations.
- Perform additional inventory-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar inventory control role.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills preferred.
- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and OMS (Order Management Systems).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically while executing with precision.
- Proven ability to drive team performance and meet departmental KPIs.
