The role

As our Planning Executive you’ll be responsible for forecasting customer demand across our global retail partners. Working closely with our Retail Sales team, you’ll analyse sales data, seasonality and promotional activity to build accurate demand plans, helping to minimise both out of stocks and overstocks. You’ll be the go-to person for all things Retail demand planning, from future forecasts through to root-cause analysis of performance and potential supply risks.

• Create, maintain and continuously improve system-driven statistical demand forecasts for key retail accounts.

• Support and help run a monthly consensus forecasting process, working closely with the Retail, Finance and Demand teams to review statistical and sales forecasts against actual performance.

• Collaborate with Retail Sales and Marketing to ensure demand plans are aligned with wider business and commercial objectives.

• Prepare and present clear reports highlighting demand changes, trends and upcoming risks.

• Review and challenge retail sales forecasting assumptions - including promotional uplift, seasonality and NPD launches - using data wherever possible.

• Improve forecast accuracy through root cause analysis, partnering with the Customer Supply team to understand and address deviations from plan.

• Identify opportunities to improve demand planning processes across different retail regions.

• Represent the demand planning function in project meetings, ensuring forecasts remain aligned as plans evolve.

What we're looking for in you

• We're looking for someone ready to join us in May 2026 as we continue to scale our retail operations.

• This role is suited to someone with circa’ 1-2 years experience in a supply chain role; experience within retail demand planning is a bonus, but not essential.

• We're also open to a graduate with a strong desire to learn, curiosity for supply chain, and the right mindset to grow in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and problem solving skills to keep internal stakeholders well-informed, and resolve issues quickly.

• Strong analytical and numeracy skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, as well as attention to detail and the ability to derive actionable insights from data

• Proven planning and organisation skills, as you’ll be handling multiple projects at once!
