Full Description

Hey! We're Huel, and we're pleased to meet you

Our culture thrives on high performance, and we set the bar high for new Hueligans who join us.

The role

Working within our close-knit Logistics team of 12, this role is a great stepping stone into the world of Operations, giving you hands-on exposure to how our retail supply chain runs day to day. You’ll play a key part in coordinating orders, keeping inventory and logistics moving smoothly while building strong foundations across customer supply and operations. Here’s a snapshot of your primary responsibilities:

Retail Order Management

  • Processing retail customer orders accurately and on time, every time!

  • Monitoring order status and making sure fulfilment and delivery runs smoothly.

  • Spotting and using independent judgement to resolve any order discrepancies or issues before they become problems.

Customer Communication

  • Being the go-to point of contact for all retail customer supply queries.

  • Keeping customers in the loop on order status, delivery schedules, and any potential delays.

  • Using discretion, experience and training to turn customer complaints into wins by providing fast, effective solutions.

Inventory Management & Supply Planning

  • Teaming up with retail customers to sharpen near-term demand forecasting.

  • Supporting our Demand Planning and Retail teams to improve forecast accuracy and inform short-term supply planning decisions.

  • Maintaining optimal stock levels across our three US distribution centres by organising and making recommendations on inventory allocation and inbound shipments.

Logistics Coordination

  • Communicating daily with our warehouse partners — using your discretion and independent judgement with support from your team, to give instructions on inventory movements, monitoring SLAs, and tracking KPIs to Huel's high standards.

  • Tracking inbound deliveries and making sure all finished goods movements are accurately recorded.

  • Owning month end reconciliations for Logistics and Customer Supply.

  • Supporting our global Logistics Team with domestic and international logistics plans to keep Huel's global growth on track.

What we're looking for in you

This role is ideal for someone with 0–2 years’ operations experience who’s ready to kick-start or transition into their operations career and build strong foundations in a fast-paced environment. If you’re curious, organised and keen to get stuck in, you’ll thrive here.

  • Brilliant communication skills, verbal and written, because with so many moving parts and time zones, it's vital everyone knows what's going on and when!

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numeracy skills, with the ability to turn data into real, actionable insights.

  • Solid planning and organisation skills to keep on top of day-to-day tasks while also driving longer-term initiatives forward.

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets — you'll be living in these!

  • Naturally curious and proactive, you love seeking out improvements, challenging the status quo, and getting things done.

  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, juggling multiple priorities across different stakeholders and taking ownership of your tasks.

And as always, we’re on the lookout for new Hueligans who love a fast-paced environment and are always striving to be their best. We want people who aren’t afraid to think differently and push boundaries. If you’re all about setting big goals and believe that amazing things happen through creativity and teamwork, you’ll fit right in at Huel!
