Job Description
UK Payroll Support
- Monitors payroll files received in Share Point and via email.
- Audits missing data such as payment method, national identifiers, and salaries.
- Key in missing data to Oracle account of employees.
- Investigates timecard error for Retail & Stadia through Oracle and SAM tool.
- Corrects basic hours of employees in Oracle as validated from SAM tool.
- Inputs overtime hours to employees' Oracle as validated from SAM tool.
- Computes time summary to ensure correct details to add to reconcile with timecard errors.
- Investigates work pattern error from Oracle data of Retail and Stadia employees.
- Corrects work pattern of employees based on the right work schedule assignment.
- Ensures that REXes are being grouped correctly based on the start and end date of the work pattern.
- Corrects absence errors of employees to Oracle data for Retail and Stadia employees.
- Amends sickness hours of employees to Oracle.
- Process non-starter purging in Oracle and liaise with HRIS team.
- Corrects and investigates negative nets and employees not being paid for the processing week.
- Updates bank details and investigates errors in bank details.
- Attends payroll meeting and projects.
- Answers and investigates employee's pay queries.
- Liaise with payroll team for any reports need to prioritize and resolve.
- Ensures complete payroll reports before final payroll processing run.
Qualifications
- B.Com / B.Sc - Computer Science
- 2+ years of experience in HR Analytics
- Experience in any one of HRIS Tools
- Advance Excel Skills
- Eye to detail
- Strong Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and query data
