Your Role – More Than Just a Job:

• Strategic Partner: Advise managers and employees on all HR topics, creating impactful solutions.
• Process Expert: Optimize and manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

Qualifikationen

Your Profile – What You Bring:

• Passion for HR topics related to the employee lifecycle.
• Experience in a similar role (minimum 3 years), ideally in an international setting.
• Excellent German and English skills.
• Solid knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
• Hands-on mentality, initiative, and team spirit.
