Your Role

As an HR Operations Specialist (m/f/d), you are the backbone of our People Team, ensuring that our employees receive first-class service from their first inquiry to the final resolution. You act as the key interface between HR, Payroll, and other departments, always keeping an eye on our processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Support with heart & mind – You handle complex HR inquiries, assist our employees, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Managing data & payroll – You ensure the accurate processing of personnel data and prepare payroll-related information
• Taking HR processes to the next level – You identify optimization opportunities and bring in new ideas to make our workflows even more efficient.
• Onboarding & offboarding – From the first day to the farewell, you make sure everything is in place, data is accurate, and employees have a great experience.
• Using systems & tools – You work with our HR and case management systems (People HUB, ServiceNow, Oracle HCM) and ensure that all information is properly documented.
• Teamwork & collaboration – You closely collaborate with other HR teams, IT, Payroll, and Legal to ensure seamless employee support.
• Promoting self-service – You help employees navigate our HR tools, enabling them to find answers independently.

 



Qualifikationen

What You Should Bring

• At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations, ideally with exposure to payroll processes.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Oracle HCM) and a keen interest in actively shaping processes.
• Fluency in German and English – you communicate confidently in both languages.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to stay calm under multiple tasks.
• An open and communicative personality.
