Job Title: Partnerships Retail Co-Ordinator
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, Must be flexible to work matchdays

Role Responsibilities
Be lead operational POC for the Clubs Technical kit partner, retail partners and dedicated Retail operator and be lead POC for internal Club retail requirements
Manage the Technical kit partner orders and operations at the Club. This key role will ensure that team kits, staff allocations and Club orders are processed efficiently and to the highest standard. You will oversee the entire order process from forecasting and ordering through to delivery. You will work closely with internal teams including the 1st team, U21s, Women’s, Academy, Foundation to ensure their specific kit needs are met on time.
You will also manage staff kit allocations, keeping accurate records of items such as sizes, names, numbers and manage the logo & embellishment needs of the Club. Close coordination with the Technical kit partner will be essential to ensure timely deliveries and effective inventory management. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth stock replenishment, and that team kit and Club orders align with operational needs
Oversee all relevant Club and dedicated retail operator product approvals to ensure correct application of Club IP (products such as kit, training wear and co-branded products) and support brand management and IP protection across all retail and partner materials
Support the Head of Partnership Activation in key Club design and approval processes, leveraging input for relevant internal departments to align on first team product design and endorsement plans that are critical to the Club and Technical kit partner success
Manage all Club related product fulfilment, retail deliverables & partnership operations inclusive but not limited to signed merchandise inventory, kit shoots & media days, staff uniform, match day mascots, play on the pitch and event/occasion retail requests, fulfillment and storage operations
Develop, define and implement a Club wide merchandise request and fulfilment process to support the need of Club departments, Executives and Investors
Develop, define and implement a Partnership and Club wide gifting strategy to service the needs of the organisation and commercial requirements
Work alongside relevant retail stakeholders to develop, define and implement an effective process for partners to secure premiums and co-branded product to support partnership activation requirements
Manage licensing approvals and key process with the dedicated retail operator whilst also supporting the wider Partnerships team in defining and delivering the Club’s licensing strategy
Oversee and lead all Club embellishment and logo application requirements ensuring we are delivery key contractual partner needs aligned with Technical kit partner key timelines and processes
Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers, partners, agencies and internal stakeholders
Assist with the organization, management and delivery of key partner events throughout the year to engage partners with a specific focus on retail deliverables
Other responsibilities as assigned
Flexible approach to working hours there will be a requirement to work weekends/evenings to attend matches and events.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Essential
Minimum of 2 years in experience in retail operations, logistics, or stock management, preferably within a sports or entertainment environment. A strong understanding of order management and inventory systems is essential
Expertise with product forecasting, tracking, processing, delivery and fulfilment would be advantageous and ideally experience with Technical Kit partners and sportswear brands. A solid knowledge of sports apparel, including its sizing, durability, and functionality, is also beneficial
Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
Experience building excellent working relationships and dealing with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
Desirable
Experience of supporting and coordinating activations and events specifically with retail deliverables and operations
An undergraduate degree in a business-related subject (or another relevant subject) is preferred, but not mandatory
Great people person and a proven team player with strong communication skills
