Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
Position
We are looking for Olympic & Paralympic Family Accreditation Specialist.
The resource will be responsible for:
-Act as the primary contact point for OF & PF clients, addressing any questions or issues they have regarding the accreditation process.
-Ensure clear and responsive communication to guarantee that all OF & PF clients are properly registered and accredited in a timely manner.
-Liaise with the relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient accreditation process prior to and during the Games.
-Support the accreditation process across all dedicated accreditation facilities.
-Act as a representative and spokesperson for the accreditation functional area during the Games by sharing information, policies and procedures, assisting and troubleshooting, monitoring accreditation applications, ensuring data quality control.
-Verify that all OF & PF clients meet accreditation policies and eligibility criteria. Ensure that their applications adhere to the requirements and quotas, set by the IOC and IPC respectively, to avoid discrepancies or security issues.
-Managing the Accreditation Help Desk during the Games, providing on-site assistance at the Games Family Hotel or any other Milano Cortina 2026 accreditation facility as required.
Requirements
-A higher education degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent) or relevant experience in event management or related fields.
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products Knowledge of accreditation systems and database management.
-Experience or knowledge of Italian government structure or relations would be highly advantageous.
-Experience dealing with VIPs/Guest management.
-Proven ability to manage a multi-layered project independently and take ownership of operations and procedures.
-Strongly demonstrates a cooperative attitude, shares information, and assists others to ensure the overall success of the team and smooth operations.
-Actively contributes to the team's objectives and supports colleagues in achieving common goals.
-Customer-service oriented, with patience and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
-Strong work ethic and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, during the Games.
-Ability to operate in a dynamic working environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
-Ability to manage high workload via effective time management and use of resources.
-Highly numerate, detail-conscious and well-organised.
-Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
