Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

Position

The resource will:

1 – will work with and supervise the activities (Microsoft Infrastructure: End User devices, Servers & Services) carried over from our service providers to ensure the full alignment to MICO requirements

2 - will support the definition of potential alternative solutions for the infrastructure design and deployment

3 – will support Microsoft & NON-Microsoft Licensing identification and quantification for all environments (MICO and GAMES2026)

4 – support solutioning, development, deployment and operations of Printing services in multiple environments

Nice to have:

1 – contribute to define, design control implementation of the SFTP, Backup and Disaster Recovery Service based on the Cloud Public and hybrid Cloud

2 – Support, design and control the Cloud infrastructure implemented for the Applications

Has knowledge of:

1. Microsoft Azure AD (Entra ID) Administration & Integration

2. Cloud & On-Premise printing solutions (HW/SW)

3. Incident, change & problem management (ITIL)

Requirements

Has Knowledge in Microsoft technologies and best in Microsoft 365 tools and EntraID.

Experience as System Administrator for at least 3 years in complex and structured environments

Operations skills

At least 5 years' experience in dynamic environments.

Technical University degree preferred.

Fluency in English is mandatory

Ability to sustain prolonged hours and potential work in shifts
