Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

Position

We are seeking a skilled MS 365 System Administrator & Account Administrator Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage and supervise activities related to Microsoft 365 and account administration while ensuring compliance with company requirements and best practices. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with service providers to optimize system performance, licensing, and security configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with and supervise service providers to ensure alignment with company (MICO) requirements, preventing issues related to provisioning, configuration, and security.
  • Support the team in defining alternative account solutions (personal, shared, machine, etc.) and ensure compliance with Microsoft Licensing for MICO and GAMES2026 tenants.
  • Ensure that physical and logical devices match finished products.
  • Monitor and manage Microsoft licenses and their use across MICO2026 and GAMES2026 tenants.
  • Oversee the following activities:
    • Microsoft Azure AD (Entra ID) administration and integration.
    • Support and review of user lifecycle, authentication, and authorization processes.
  • Adopt and manage appropriate licensing contracts to minimize overhead costs.
  • Ensure proper configuration of company tools such as MS Intune.
  • Verify that end-user devices (laptops, smartphones, etc.) are compliant with company rules and procedures.
  • Supervise service provider activities (e.g., Asystel) and manage all Microsoft and other software license issues.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD (Entra ID).
  • Strong operational skills and hands-on experience in systems administration.
  • At least 1 year of experience in medium to large, dynamic environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Experience in service provider companies is an advantage.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience with the Microsoft portal for license acquisition and management.
  • Expertise in account and security profile management.
