Impact, on and off the pitch...

The FA Learning team is looking for a Marketing Executive on a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract to plan and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns that support FA Learning in achieving its strategic objectives.

What will you be doing?

  • Support the Marketing Team in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and activities to help FA Learning achieve its objectives.
  • Lead and manage the delivery of all email marketing activity.
  • Update and maintain the England Football Learning website using Sitecore CMS.
  • Support with planning and publishing marketing content across social channels.
  • Review and report on all digital activity, ensuring all activity is correctly tagged to track engagement and conversion rates, customer demographics and trends.
  • Assist with the delivery of a range of digital marketing activities including, SEO/SEM, PPC, social media advertising and display advertising campaigns, ensuring relevant campaign analytics are in place.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, including all FA Learning departments and the FA's central marketing and commercial teams.
  • Manage third party agency relationships and support with the planning and creation of digital marketing content.
  • Ensure all department operational procedures are adhered to and all business processes are followed e.g. financial procedures.
  • Identify latest trends in digital marketing to ensure the department is at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Execute additional tasks as required to meet FA Group changing priorities.

What are we looking for?

Essential for the role:

  • CRM management and email marketing experience.
  • Wide digital channel and analytics experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong proof reading and copywriting skills.

Beneficial to have:

  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience of a sporting organisation / association.
  • Experience of working in an education organisation.
