THE POSITION
Reporting to the Executive Director Stadium & Venue Management in Mexico, the Media Partnerships Relations & Services Manager will play a key role in the planning and servicing of FIFA's Media Partners, the Rights Holding Broadcasters for the FIFA World Cup 26™.
The main responsibilities of the Media Partnerships Relations & Services Manager include:
- Support the FIFA26 Media Partnerships Relations and Services team with logistical areas related to Media Partners, included but not limited to, accommodation, accreditation, catering, customs, filming permits, frequency licensing, logistics, transportation, venue access control, visas, and work permits.
- Act as liaison for any Media Partners' related inquiries or requests in the Mexico City office.
- Support the FIFA26 Public Viewing Manager with public viewing inquiries in Mexico.
- Assist in managing event-related projects in collaboration with internal FIFA stakeholders and external entities.
- Support the organization of various workshops as well as venue tours for the Media Partners.
- Develop strong working relationships with key internal FIFA26 functional areas to ensure effective collaboration.

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Higher education qualification in media or sports event management
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in the sports industry or a broadcast environment in Mexico is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
