This position is part ofWasserman’sNext Gendepartmentthatcreates marketing programstoconnect brands with the next generation of consumers- from Gen Alpha to Gen Z and Millennials,andfromhigh school through college and young adulthood.The Wasserman Next GenInsights & Analytics teamsharesthisaudience-focused perspectivetoadvanceourNext Gen consumerexpertise.
The candidate should be analytically minded andabletoexecute primary consumer research (quantitative and qualitative).We look for those fueled by innate intellectual curiosity with unshakable accountability and a team-first attitude.
On the Wasserman Next Gen Insights & Analytics team, theManager will integrate multiple data sources to build audience understandings and associated strategies, while also executingrigorous measurement protocols to assess program performance.
What You'll Do:
Assistin the day-to-day execution of multiple research projects to inform activation strategies, shape recommendations, andoptimizeperformance
Leverage syndicated and proprietary research tools toidentifyand extract consumer insight and program performance data
Produce actionable, insight-driven narratives and solutions by synthesizing and analyzing data from multiple sources
Learn andutilizemeasurement models to inform ROI for clients
Support a wide range of business development efforts, including the creation of new client pitches and responses to RFPs
Monitor the Next Gen consumer engagement landscape to keep internal stakeholders and clients abreast of key trends and developments
Work collaboratively with team members to develop and craft internal and client deliverables, such as presentations, reporting tools, and supporting materials
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with both internal and externalstakeholders
Comply withwork plans and overall projectlogisticsto help ensure delivery of high-quality work on time and on budget
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of abachelor’s degree
2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, research, or analytics-based role
Experience translating quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights and recommendations to tell a compelling story
Well-developedanalytical and problem-solving skills
Proficientwith the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills particularly required for PowerPoint and Excel.
Abilitytomultitaskand self-manage to meetdeadlines and handle competing priorities.
Exceptionalwritten and oral communication skills
Stronginterpersonal skills, with the ability to create a rapport withcolleaguesand stakeholdersalike
High levelofattention to detail and highly organized
Ability to think creatively in a team environment,be flexible,and react calmly under stressful circumstances
Understanding of or experience working withresearch tools and applications, including butnot limited to syndicated (e.g., Scarborough, GWI), visualization (Tableau), and data management and analysis (e.g., Qualtrics, Q) platforms, a plus
Base salary range: $55-65K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
