What You'll Do:

We are looking foraManager,Accountsto join ourrapidlygrowingteamofcollege andyouthmarketing enthusiasts.As a Manager,Accountsyou will activelycontribute andlead the success of client projects, playing a key role in all disciplines from recruitment, strategic development management, and execution

  • Develop a clear understanding of each client’s business, marketing goals, and programobjectives

  • Be part ofWNG’sClient Servicesteamandpartner with other disciplines such asUniversity Relations, Media, and Productionfor the development and execution of client programs 

  • Create,implementand lead campus recruiting strategies at colleges and universities nationwide, effectively communicating how Wasserman Next Gen can enhance the student experience through program opportunities 

  • Develop solid business relationships with key campus contacts within on-campus career centers, as well as relevant student organizations

  • Actas the primaryWNGcontact for ambassadors, overseeing their training and coaching in support of programobjectives

  • Serve as a resource for Associate Manager development and mentor on program best practices and goals

  • Supportand leaddaily workflows and initiativesof client projects to ensuretimely, economic programexecution

  • Track all activity in Salesforce by creating,updatingandmaintainingaccuratedocumentation of student,universityand program records  

  • Ensure that all invoicesand studentpaymentsare processed correctlyandshowcasethe ability toidentifyand address issues

  • Produce client-facing reports by gathering qualitative and quantitative programdata

  • Willing to travel and work at on-site activations

  • Participate in agency brainstorms to help develop new, creative ways to engage Next Genconsumers

  • Contribute to agency culture by activelyparticipatingin building positive internal relationships andmaintainingenthusiasm toward day-to-day tasks and agency passionpoints

  • Perform other duties, asassigned

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications,businessor a related field

  • 2-4yearsof related work experienceat Next Gen or externally, ideally with exposure to events and experiential marketing

  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with eagerness to learn and grow in a high energyenvironment

  • Values and respects the importance of organization and time management for effectivemultitasking

  • Customer-service focus with outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills 

  • Creative thinker that is willing to travel ‘outside of the box’ for the right solution(s)

  • Self-motivated with proven ability to think quickly and problemsolve

  • Innate curiosity and awareness of next generation trends and behaviors

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 

  • Experience working with Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools (Asana, SharePoint, Workday, etc.) aplus

Base salary range: $55-65K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
