THE POSITION

These are your key tasks:

  • Review applications submitted by Member Associations for specific projects in the category Football Infrastructure, ensuring adherence to the FIFA Forward Development Programme regulations
  • Administer these projects accurately and coordinate accordingly both internal and externally
  • Monitor all Football Infrastructure projects of Member Associations managed by FIFA to maintain oversight and ensure timely progress. 
  • Oversee the administration of the Football Infrastructure Experts Pool
  • Coordinate and assist in the planning of capacity development and educational initiatives for Member Associations related to Football Infrastructure. 
  • Contribute to aligning MA infrastructure planning with wider MA strategies and FIFA objectives
  • Good written, verbal, and visual communication
  • Well-balanced mentality between team player and self-reliant
  • Great ability to prioritise tasks and operate goal-oriented
  • High attention to detail and punctuality
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative working environment
  • Open-minded with a practical and creative approach to problem-solving

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Master’s degree in Sport Administration is an advantage
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role 
  • Experience in the Sports industry is an advantage
  • Full professional proficiency in English and French
  • Proficiency in any other FIFA language (F / ES / GER) is an asset
  • Proficient in Word / PowerPoint / Excel
