In short
The Lead, Global Reverse Logistics & Circularity will drive the warehousing and logistics components of On's Cyclon 2.0 circularity strategy. This critical position involves developing a comprehensive logistics framework, operationalizing the vision by integrating suitable partners into On's network, and establishing robust circularity standards. You will be responsible for the global execution of the Take-Back program, designing operational processes, and leading their implementation across On’s global reverse logistics warehouse network. This position reports to the Head of Warehouse Operations on the Global Supply Chain team.
Your Mission
- Strategic Prioritization & Innovation: Clearly understand what to prioritize and innovate without relying on predefined paths or maps, remaining curious and open to learning.
- Operational Flow Design & Optimization: Lead the design of operational flows for the Cyclon Program, translating corporate strategy into optimized processes while challenging assumptions due to the program's unprecedented nature.
- 2026 Circularity Launch: Successfully launch Cyclon 2.0 in the US, UK, and CH and expand to EMEA and Canada, establishing a regional network for recycling, recommerce, and repair.
- Operational Implementation & Hypercare: Develop and execute the implementation roadmap, creating SOPs, training materials, and documentation to ensure successful ramp-up across the network.
- Return Efficiency & Standards: Optimize return efficiency to achieve a processing time of < 3 days and implement the Standard Return and Grading Rules Playbook to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Stakeholder Management: Build a diverse network within On, collaborating with Digital, Tech, and Regional Ops teams to secure alignment and keep the company informed on initiative progress.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process streamlining within the logistics warehouse network to optimize for scale and consumer reach.
- Inventory Health: Develop and execute the Overstock/TST/DAM concept to improve inventory health within the Distribution Centers.
Your story
- Experience: 7-10 years of progressive experience in implementing operational processes, with a strong focus on reverse logistics, recycling, and circularity.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain & Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 3PL Management: Expertise in 3PL management, including onboarding, performance management, and contract negotiation.
- Analytical Decision Making: Ability to gather information, identify key factors influencing a decision, and make informed independent decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience working with systems such as WMS and D365.
- Language skills: English proficiency. Other languages are a plus.
