WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a highly skilled and passionate Bags Designer with 4–7 years of experience in designing performance or luxury bags.
This role requires deep knowledge of technical construction, material sourcing, and cost consideration.
The right candidate is capable of creating a cohesive group of products, including a unified trim language, that connects innovation, function and style.
We value a designer who’s strategic, curious, detail-oriented, and able to translate insights into bold and functional design statements.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end design process of seasonal bag programs—from concept to production-ready design.
You’ll explore innovative formats, collaborate closely with development to meet performance and cost targets, and craft a consistent trim identity across multiple silhouettes.
Your typical week will include sketching and CAD work, attending fit and proto reviews, aligning materials and trims with sourcing partners.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You’ll report to the Design Director and work as part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary design team within Accessories.
You’ll partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Development, Color and Materials Design, and Manufacturing to ensure holistic alignment and design excellence.
WHAT YOU BRING
4–7 years of experience in bags or accessories design
- Solid understanding of materials, trims, hardware, and construction specific to bags
- Experience designing within cost and manufacturing constraints
- Ability to define and apply a consistent trim language across a product group
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop); 3D skills a plus
- Great communication and presentation skills, with an ability to tell compelling design stories
