Be responsible for daily operations of China Return Warehouse across all channels (NSP, NDS, NDDC) with different return order type.

Drive 3PL towards operations excellence on areas such as, but not limited to operations execution, product grading inspection, continuous improvement program, inventory accuracy.

Lead 3PL’s resources to support any required operations activities such as timely execution, analytics and reporting, exceptions management, shipping accuracy issues, etc.

Drive periodic review of 3PL end-to-end performance to ensure the service level on track. Identify and address problems and opportunities for operation efficiency and accuracy elevation.

Collaborate with 3PL for critical initiatives & solutions for capacity management, volume fluctuations, process & system enhancement.

Analyze CRW operations data for the business trend finding to address potential opportunity for operation improvement and support decision making.

Build strong relationship with NIKE internal stakeholders for smooth
