In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and implementing D365 solutions that optimize our finance operations and enhance our customer experiences. You will be a technical leader, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
Your Mission
D365 Implementation and Customization:
- Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of D365 projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Develop custom solutions within D365 F&O (Finance and Operations)to meet specific business needs in the retail industry.
- Configure and customize D365 modules relevant to finance
- Integrate D365 with other business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, e-commerce platforms).
Technical Expertise:
- Possess deep technical understanding of D365 architecture, development frameworks (X++, .NET), and data management.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Stay current with the latest D365 features, updates, and industry trends.
Solution Design:
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
- Propose and evaluate different technical solutions to address complex finance challenges.
- Contribute to the overall architecture and design of D365 solutions.
Teamwork and Mentorship:
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.
- Share knowledge and best practices with the team.
Problem Solving and Support:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to D365 implementations.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing D365 systems.
- Proactively identify and address potential system performance bottlenecks.
Your story
- 6+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development and implementation, with a specific focus on the retail industry.
- Strong proficiency in X++, TypeScript, .NET, C#, and related technologies.
- Experience with D365 F&O modules relevant to finance (GL,AP,AR etc.)
- Knowledge of D365 data management and integration tools.
- Experience with Azure DevOps/Jira or similar tools for source control and CI/CD.
- Understanding of finance business processes (e.g., accounting, controlling, financial planning & reporting).

In person or virtually, you'll get a feel for the day-to-day at On and the people who make it happen. You'll chat with a few potential teammates - the conversations will be as equally driven by the role and your experience as by our values. We believe how you do things is just as important as what you do.
