As Lead, Art Director for the APAC Creative Studio, you will be the critical creative link between global brand strategy and the Asia Pacific market, ensuring On’s premium creative expression is consistent, elevated and impactful across the region.
Your Mission
-
Lead and elevate art direction for APAC regional campaigns, product launches, 360° brand communications, retail, social, digital and event experience.

Partner closely with APAC marketing, brand, product, retail and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.

Collaborate closely with external creative partners, including agencies, photographers, directors, production houses and freelancers, to brief, guide and ensure delivery of premium creative outputs.

Drive creative concept development from strategy to final execution with high-quality craftsmanship.

Ensure On’s premium positioning and global brand consistency are maintained across Asia Pacific.

Present creative concepts and strategies clearly and effectively to regional and global stakeholders.

Highly detail-oriented, with a strong eye for craft, consistency and executional excellence.
Your story

You bring 10+ years of experience leading creative campaigns at the intersection of sports, lifestyle, and culture.

In-house brand-side experience is essential; agency background is a plus. Demonstrated ability to align global brand strategy with regional execution and deliver premium, world-class creative.

Exceptional art direction, concept development and visual storytelling skills, with a strong 360° campaign portfolio.

Deep understanding of premium brand building, visual systems and cross-market consistency.

Strong strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder management skills. Willing and able to travel across the APAC region as needed.

Fluent in English and Chinese (written & spoken).

Together you’ll delve into your unique skills and experiences and how they could be relevant at On. It's also a time to assess how you might feel working side-by-side. Bring any questions you have about the job, the team or anything else you might like to know – this is an open forum.
Step Four
The Case Study
What's your style? This task will help us understand how you think, face a challenge and give insight into your novel ideas. Designed to give everyone their best shot, your case study is based on something you might typically experience on the job. This is your chance to show us what you’ve got. So express yourself. Be you.
Step Five
The Experience Day
Your first taste of the Oniverse. This is a time to meet some of the people you'll be working closest with. In person or virtually, you'll get a feel for the day-to-day at On and the people who make it happen. You'll chat with a few potential teammates - the conversations will be as equally driven by the role and your experience as by our values. We believe how you do things is just as important as what you do.

The Result
Are we a good fit? We’ll get together internally to share our feedback and decide if we’re a match. We know that job searching is a big time investment, so it’s not a decision we take lightly.
