Platform Lead
DAZN Platform - it’s the ultimate destination for sport fans all over the world. As a Supervisor you’ll join and guide a proactive team driven by the passion for sport. Here, you will have to manage some of top live sports competitions content as Football (Champions, Europa/Conference League, Premier League, LALIGA, Bundesliga), F1, Boxing and NFL to reach our subscribers and make them to have the best experience they can have. You will take a huge part in definition of content distribution, promotion, and activation across multiple channels.
You will have the opportunity to develop our storytelling related to main live events into multiple on and off-platform outputs: from Editorial to Social Media, from Production to SEO activations. You will be the perfect bridge from the on-platform team to the whole off-platform, making sure all the live and near live events are covered under the same quality standards.
To do this, flexibility and a 360° approach is the key. Engagement with your team will provide you with all the insights you need to help Editorial activities and off-platform storyline development.
To achieve this, you’ll need high leadership skills, creativity, enthusiastic approach, curiosity, and multitasking capacity.

As our new Platform Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Leading a team of active and creative minds
- Be responsible for the organisation, curation, and layout of the world's leading sports entertainment platform
- Bridging the gap between the Portugal team and the central teams and other territories
- The ability to lead and manage issues in liaison with the central teams
- Take part to a 360° content merchandising strategy
- Work with Social media, Production, Resourcers, Partnership, PR, Marketing and Rights teams
- Lead the team planning and distributing content on multiple platforms
- Ensure content is communicated clearly between internal departments
- Learn all the best practices to work with digital content across multiple platforms
- Influence the on-platform activities (Production and Editorial) as well as in the off-platform ones (Social media and SEO)
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- BA's degree in Media, Communication
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere and Photoshop
- Passion for Sports and Football in particular
- A determined, organised and proactive approach
- Ability to problem solve and implement resolutions across multiple teams
- Portuguese to a native level and very fluency in English
Not essential but great if you also have:
- Copywriting skills
