• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including English at a business level
• Excellent training and workshop facilitation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Project management skills
• Ability to apply agile frameworks in product/content development
• Proven interpersonal skills
• Two years of training and people development experience, specializing in leadership training facilitation, workshop moderation, and Agile framework applications
• University degree

Your Mission

• Planning, coordination, and implementation of training programs (ILP/ILP², PLE, ACP, PUMA University for LEADERS and TRAINERS) in line with the Growth Strategy
• Assisting with Learning on Demand requests in collaboration with the Senior Manager People Development & Organizational Learning
• Acting as an internal trainer for team workshops and onboarding trainings
• Supporting the implementation of Agile work methods through workshops and the Agile Coach Program
• Organizing and planning local trainings, including quality assurance of logistics, execution, facilities, and follow-up
• Analyzing training program results to identify opportunities for re-training or enhanced training
• Collaborating with local Training functions, Regional P&O Learning Partners, and Retail training team members
• Consistent evaluation and communication of innovative training facilitation methods with external experts.
