Your Talent

• Near completion or completed university degree in economics, engineering, sales, data science, or a related field.

• Operational mindset with a strong focus on supporting sales teams and customers.

• Data -oriented, with a desire to learn and improve sales processes and tools.

• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Willingness to develop skills in PowerBI and other business reporting tools.

• Strong presentation and reporting skills with a clear eye for detail.

• Well-organized with a talent for setting and achieving clear goals.

• Experience working with automation in data is desirable, but not required.

• Fluent in English both written and oral and a Nordic Language is an advantage.

Your Mission

This is a fixed-term position where we are seeking a motivated Junior Manager for Business Solutions Operations & BI to join our team. This role is ideal for someone at the end of their studies or a junior professional eager to gain valuable experience in business operations, sales processes, and data management. The role will be to blend data and analytics with sales processes. You will play a crucial role in supporting key business processes and have plenty of opportunities to collaborate closely with stakeholders and senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, optimize and enrich customer Sell-out data including leading onboarding.

• Support with the development of Puma Nordic's reporting landscape.

• Communication with external stakeholders and project follow up.

• Support monthly reporting, assist with data validation, and handle operational follow-ups for Snr. Management and regional management.

• Work on budgeting and forecasting, documenting and tracking key requirements.

• Identify areas for improvement in tools/processes and implement corrective actions.

• Support sales process follow up of milestones and seasonal activities.
