Purpose of Role
The Talent Development (TD) & Data Analytics Intern will focus on the operational and analytic areas across the South Asia Pacific (SAPAC) region. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the seamless implementation of our training initiatives by collaborating closely with the Learning & Development (L&D) team. Key responsibilities include managing daily operational duties and providing essential support for data analysis pertaining to learning results.
We will prioritize candidates who can dedicate themselves to a full-time, 6-month internship.
Exposure
- Practical experience in the administrative and operational functions of Talent Development.
- Direct mentorship from experienced TD professionals.
- Exposure to various aspects of corporate retail training and development.
- Experience working in a highly supportive and collaborative professional environment.
Who Are We Looking For?
- A strong interest in or eagerness to learn about the administrative and analytical aspects of Talent Development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques (experience with Power BI or Articulate is a plus).
- Strong multitasking skills, a sense of urgency, and excellent time management.
- A self-motivated individual who takes initiative, works independently, and possesses strong follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- A team-player mindset with the ability to contribute effectively to group goals.
Your Impact
- Data Analysis: Utilize Excel and analytics tools (such as Power BI) to collect and analyze data from training programs, assess training effectiveness and learner performance, and create dashboards for reporting.
- Operational Support: Assist in the logistical and administrative aspects of training sessions, including scheduling, learner registration, and resource coordination.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and summaries of training activities and learning outcomes for the TD team and management.
- Communication: Coordinate with the TD team and participants to ensure a seamless training experience.
- Documentation: Assist in creating and organizing training materials, documentation, and resources as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and consistency of training programs through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established processes.
