Purpose of Role

The eCommerce Product Development Intern will play a key role in developing user-centric product features and implementing data analytic techniques to uncover critical trends and insights. Throughout this 6-month internship, the successful candidate will gain invaluable hands-on experience and deep insights into the world of online retail within a fast-paced environment.

We will prioritize candidates who can dedicate themselves to a full-time, 6-month internship.

Exposure

  • A deep understanding of the Scrum process and how to balance business requirements with customer needs when building features.
  • Hands-on experience supporting an eCommerce retail business through data-driven analysis.
  • Experience communicating across a diverse organization with many different cultures, geographies, and preferences.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • A strong passion for eCommerce and a proactive willingness to learn.
  • A basic understanding of product UI/UX principles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics; knowledge of Quantum Metric and Power BI is a plus.
  • A strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • A sports enthusiast is preferred.

Your Impact

  • Participate in end-to-end product feature development through the Scrum process.
  • Identify trends and insights through data analytics techniques and iterate on UI/UX designs based on findings.
  • Utilize Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, and Power BI for comprehensive reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience.

Qualifications

•    Has a strong interest in eCommerce & Sports/Fitness (considering a future career in this industry).
•    A keen learner who is creative & detail-oriented, resourceful & driven.
•    Understands the need for ownership and possesses a sense of urgency.
•    Able to work with a team/independently where needed.
•    Willing to listen, to include and to respect the beliefs of teammates.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Excel & Powerpoint.
