Purpose of Role

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting the Supply Chain department. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality customer service by resolving delivery issues, building strong relationships with our third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives to enhance overall business performance.

Your Impact

• Support warehouse activities covering inbound, outbound, and returns processes.
• Review and assist in streamlining logistics processes to reduce overall logistics costs.
• Communicate closely with distribution center staff to achieve key KPIs.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues related to deliveries and service levels, making adjustments where necessary.
• Manage daily sales order creation and customer order book management for DTC, wholesale, and distributor channels.
• Provide and update reports to determine current fill rates, future fill rates, and system release dates, ensuring the warehouse has sufficient time to pack orders within requested customer windows.

Qualifications

• A final-year student or a recent graduate.
• Eager to learn and work with various departments across the company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• The ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
