WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role is part of Nike Japan Supply Chain and reports to the Integrated Fulfillment Planning Manager. They collaborate with Logistics, Marketplace Supply Chain, and partners across Planning, Finance, Merchandising, and Marketing to maximize in-season fulfillment and ensure timely deliveries. The role also works with Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) Geography to drive seasonal readiness and lead process improvements.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike is seeking a strategic analyst to oversee order management operations across both Partner and Nike Direct businesses, ensuring demand fulfillment while balancing supply and distribution center capacity across multiple nodes. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership and collaboration skills, accelerating Nike Japan's growth through clear, fact-based business decisions. This individual possesses deep knowledge of supply chain processes, navigates business applications with ease to assess high-level status, and dives deeper when necessary. They proactively identify risks and opportunities, fostering an end-to-end process improvement mindset to optimize workflows.

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain. Multiple experience in Purchasing, Order Management, Logistics preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field. (Education bullet unchanged as required)

  • Comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes.

  • Strong ability to communicate and influence effectively.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (spreadsheets, advanced formulas, pivot tables).

  • Experience analyzing business with BI applications; SQL and Python preferred.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will lead supply chain initiatives at Nike Japan to maximize demand fulfillment and optimize supply chain costs, driving growth through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes effectively and efficiently.

  • Manage comprehensive order management to maintain the health of sales orders.

  • Analyze supply chain KPIs and develop actionable strategies to ensure consistent operational performance.

  • Provide accurate and aligned sales and return forecasts with appropriate granularity.

  • Manage sales orders, inventory, and distribution center capacity to meet demand effectively.

  • Partner with operations and commercial teams to maximize sales opportunities and optimize operational costs.
