WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role sits within the Brand Planning & Operations team, reporting to the Senior Manager. You’ll collaborate closely with Brand Creative and Brand Management teams to streamline creative workflows. Expect regular alignment with Creative Studio and Geo Brand Planning teammates, and occasional engagement with agency partners for input and feedback.

We’re seeking a seasoned creative operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate brings expertise in managing multi-format productions, sharp organizational skills, and a passion for operational excellence. Clear communication, strategic thinking, and attention to detail are essential to ensure smooth studio operations and impactful brand storytelling.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in creative operations and project management
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Korean including meeting facilitation, strategic recommendations and creative input
  • Hands-on expertise in production management, documentation, and multi-format creative projects
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively in a matrix organization

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll lead day-to-day operations of the creative studio, ensuring strategic alignment, resource optimization, and delivery excellence across multiple workstreams. From brief to go-live, you’ll orchestrate workflows, manage schedules, and centralize documentation to keep teams informed and aligned.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Organize and prioritize creative workflows, including briefs, discussions, and reviews
  • Document and align projects using centralization tools
  • Drive tool adoption and process improvements for streamlined collaboration
  • Provide input on agency selection, scope definition, and issue escalation
  • Manage bidding, contracts, POs, and budgets for creative workflows
  • Oversee project schedules and creative review processes
  • Foster a culture of operational clarity, testing, and learning
