Who We Are Looking For

We're seeking a reliable and proactive individual who enjoys tackling complex challenges and delivering excellent support. Are you passionate about technology and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Join our team as an ICT Support (m/f/d) 80–100%.

Your main tasks

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for IT infrastructure services (Service Desk)
• Monitor and manage IT systems including computers, servers, networks, and mobile devices
  
• Deliver IT support at events, both from HQ and on-site
  
• Maintain and update the hardware and software inventory
  
• Organise and conduct user trainings on systems and tools
  
• Create and maintain system documentation and user manuals
  
• Ensure timely software updates and patching
  
• Support and actively contribute to ongoing IT projects

Your profile

• You bring 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, completed a commercial apprenticeship and a further education in IT
  
• You bring solid technical knowledge of computer systems and experience in technical support or system administration
  
• You are capable of supporting IT services in complex environments
  
• You are able to analyse and resolve IT infrastructure issues efficiently
  
• You hold relevant certifications such as Microsoft, ITIL, or ISO or similar
  
• You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, sound decision-making, and a clear focus on quality and service excellence
  
• You have a proactive, client-first mindset and take pride in delivering reliable and high-standard results
  
• You are a motivated, open-minded, highly service- oriented, pro-active person with a hands-on mentality
  
• You are proficient in speaking and writing in English and German
